In 2021, we came to Alanya with the goal of buying an apartment by the sea. We immediately chose a two-story duplex in the center of Alanya, but couldn't figure it out. We'd been shown it by various agencies for a month, and each had a different price. We were about to give up and fly back, but then Nadya called us; she was the company's manager at the time. And that's exactly what happened: in the summer of 2022, the exchange rate dropped, and we bought a second apartment at an incredible price. Now, Nadya and Hakan are our friends, our guiding light in Turkey. They're always available for any questions, even everyday ones, and always ready to offer advice and genuine help. The whole team is amazing and close-knit. This year, we came back to look for something to invest in. Denis showed us some great options, and when I decided to give my husband a new electric tricycle for our anniversary and had a problem with the store clerk, Denis came to the rescue immediately, and the problem disappeared like smoke.
