History of Plus Investment
The history of Plus Investment began in 2005 with the development direction
One of the first stages was a joint project to build the Dream Villas complex, implemented together with an investment company from the UK.
Later, we built one- and two-block residential complexes with infrastructure in the center of Alanya and near the sea: City Suites 1, 2, 3 , Dolce Mare (City Suites 4) , as well as Başak Apartmanı and Harmony 1 .
Harmony 1 became the starting point for the further development of the line of residential complexes Harmony 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6
However, since the start of construction on Harmony 4, Plus Investment has handed over project management, a result of an internal division of the partnership.
This stage became an important point of rethinking and further independent development for the company.
The next step was the formation of two independent directions
The first is spacious family housing: Gülevşen Park in the Çiplaklı district, focusing on large, comfortable apartments (minimum 2+1 bedrooms, separate kitchens, starting from 120 sq m). The second is tailored to the needs of investors seeking residency and citizenship: Midpoint Cleopatra, developed in partnership with Yakar Group, is located in central Alanya.
Our key focus was Symphony Garden , a 175-apartment complex with 9,000 square meters of amenities for leisure and active living; it is now fully completed and operational. Therefore, we offer both new and resale properties, as well as our own projects at developer prices, with transparent analytics tailored to our clients' needs.
