Any foreign citizen can purchase an apartment from Plus Investment in a new residential complex on the Mediterranean coast. We offer the option of purchasing the property with installment plans, subject to a 30% down payment. The remaining balance is paid in equal installments according to the payment schedule specified in the contract at closing.
No bank involvement
