Upon signing the contract

Equal monthly payments
The remaining 70% is split into 12 installments — ~5.83% per month. Early repayment is allowed.
Any foreign citizen can purchase an apartment from Plus Investment in a new residential complex on the Mediterranean coast. We offer the opportunity to purchase a property during the construction phase with an interest-free payment plan, subject to a 35% down payment. The remaining balance is paid in equal installments according to the payment schedule specified in the contract at closing.
No bank involvement
Contract directly with the developer. No income certificates, credit scoring, or insurance.
Price is fixed
The price in the contract does not change until the last payment — even if the market grows.
Early repayment
The remaining balance can be paid off at any time — without penalties, fees, or recalculation.
