About the project
We present to you our new modern residential complex, which will be located in the area of Alanya's most famous beach - Cleopatra.

Upon signing the contract
Locks the price and the apartment for you. Payment is made immediately upon deal registration at the cadastre.
No interest or fees
No overpayments, insurance, or hidden charges. The apartment price does not change throughout the entire term.
Equal monthly payments
The remaining 50% is split into 6 installments — ~8.33% per month. Early repayment is allowed.
We built this complex from the foundation pit to the last tile by the pool and handed over the keys to everyone who trusted us. No bank involvement
